Learning to drive can be both very exciting and scary at the same time. I believe that learning to drive should be both enjoyable and as easy as possible for you. That’s why our focus is on providing a positive experience from beginning with your first lesson all the way through to test day!.

For this reason we coach at a pace that suits you and your ability at the time using a structured course that will fully expose you to all the criteria that is needed to be ready for your future driving, remember this is a life skill that is going to last you till you are in your seventies so a well-rounded course is crucial.

The DVSA recommends you take at least 45 hours of professional practice before you’re ready to take your driving test. Along with 20 hours of private practice with your parents or friends, however we are all human, and this will differ for each individual person.

Another bonus to taking the right number of professional lessons is that you’re more likely to pass your test the first time. The DVSA says that 1 in 5 people fail because of a “silly mistake”. The more you practise, the less likely you are to slip up, even when you’re nervous. It’s entirely possible to pass the first time and doing so means you’ll get on the road faster. 

We recommend that you pass your theory test as soon as possible, there are 2 reasons for this, firstly to make effective “correct” decisions on the road you need a thorough knowledge of the highway code, also you can’t book a practical test until you have passed the theory test.

We take safety seriously, which is why our vehicles are equipped with dual controls. This means that our instructors can take control of the vehicle if needed, providing an added layer of safety and peace of mind.

We know that getting to and from your driving lessons can be a hassle. That's why we offer convenient pickup and drop-off services. Our instructors will pick you up from your home, office, or school and drop you off at the end of your lesson.
